- Add new researchers to the library
- Submit a declaration of accomplished secondments
- Draft foreseen secondments for next 6-12 months
- Keep a record of deviations from the Initial Plan of GA and their justifications for periodic reporting.
- submit at the end of each secondment the evaluation questionnaire and two-years latter the follow-up questionnaire and keep the pdf-confirmations of submissions
- Consult Indicators of Secondments for self-monitoring (takes a time of few weeks to update).
- Should appropriately acknowledge the EU funding
- Submit preprint to ArXiv for green open access and get the link (needs 2-3 days to validate)
- Declare publication at SyGMa. (You need ArXiv and DOI links) How to Access SyGMa; How to Declare Publications
- Communicate here your participation at conferences and workshops, and training at schools, both as a student and as a lecturer.
- In case of other dissemination channels, briefly mention them in the Follow-up survey checklist.
- Briefly mention in the quarterly checklist.
- Prepare the one-page report (with photos!) and upload it to H-GREEN-box.

The local follow-up of the Project, including the management of the in and outcoming secondments, is done according to the local and national practice of the Beneficiaries, respecting the Grant and Consortium agreements and EU regulation. In case of contradiction, the EU documents have priority. The paperwork and accountability should be done according to the Best practice for record keeping. The Beneficiaries undertake to inform the third countries concerning the local circumstances and regulations of the secondments well in advance and sufficient detail.
